December 3^rd to 13^th | Hovione Atrium

This initiative, organized by Take C’Air and Movimento Claro with the help of Nova SBE and the Municipality of Cascais, intends to bring consciousness to the marine waste problem. Clo Bourgard, Forest Dump, Pedro Vertsteeg, and David de Sousa were the invited artists to turn garbage into art. For five days, students, divers, surfers, and fishermen recovered marine waste, which culminated in a joint activity at the Carcavelos beach with 200 volunteers. These art pieces will be on display in the Hovione Atrium to support the burnt areas of Parque natural Sintra - Cascais.

Christmas is approaching, and our community is coming together to contribute. The CEMS Club will be receiving donated clothes and other goods, Monday and Tuesday from 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m., in the CEMS MIM Office, which will go to Centro de Carcavelos.

GreenNova will be at the Hovione Atrium collecting money, blankets, food, and other goods to donate to the Gapa Associação Alcobaça.

Please join Lino Gandola, responsible for Leaders of Tomorrow from St. Gallen Symposium who will be at Nova SBE to talk about how you can compete for the St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Award and qualify for participation as a «Leader of Tomorrow» in the world’s premiere opportunity for intergenerational debates: The St. Gallen Symposium taking place on May 8th - 10th, 2019 at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. The next St. Gallen Symposium will debate the topic “Capital for Purpose”, addressing the urgency of working with present and future decision makers in developing action plans to overcome short-term thinking.

Christmas is almost here and so is Nova SBE's Alumni Party. After saying goodbye to Campolide last December, this year we want to celebrate our recently inaugurated home in Carcavelos with all Alumni - especially because our Alumni were the ones that made this possible.
